For creators & publishers

Promote online stores and get paid for the sales you send

Apply to programs, share your link or code, and get paid through Stripe or PayPal, whichever the program supports. LinkQuill takes nothing from your commission.

  • Free to join
  • Stripe or PayPal payouts
  • Tax forms in one place

What you get as an affiliate

You see each sale, its status and the reason if it was rejected.

  • Pick your payout rail

Get paid through Stripe Connect or PayPal, whichever the program supports. Brands pay the payout fees; LinkQuill takes nothing from your commission.

  • Every sale, with its status

Clicks and sales appear as they happen, each with its status and the date it should be paid. On programs that use multi-touch attribution, you get credit when you helped a sale, not only when you closed it.

  • Tax forms in one place

Fill in your W-9 or W-8BEN once in LinkQuill. If you are in the US and a brand pays you over the year's threshold, that brand produces your 1099-NEC through LinkQuill.

How it works

  1. Create an account

Free for affiliates, no card needed. Add where you post and who reads it, so brands can decide if you are a fit.

  2. Browse and apply

Search programs by industry and commission. Apply, and the brand approves or declines.

  3. Share your link and get paid

Put your link or code in your posts. Each sale is credited to you, and approved commission is paid on the brand’s schedule.

What you get on day one

  • Unique tracking link or coupon for every program
  • Real-time clicks, conversions, and earnings dashboard
  • Choice of Stripe or PayPal for payouts
  • Multi-touch attribution credit when you assist a sale (on programs that use it)
  • Sub-affiliate earnings for recruiting other creators (on programs that offer it)
  • IRS-compatible 1099 PDF at year end (US)
  • Refunds and rejections shown with their reasons
  • Direct support from a small, founder-led team

Affiliate FAQ

When do I get paid?
Payout cadence is set by each brand — typically monthly or net-30 after a conversion is approved. LinkQuill triggers the payout automatically once the brand’s threshold is hit on your account.
What payout methods are supported?
Two rails: Stripe Connect (bank account or debit card in 45+ countries) and PayPal Business (paid via your PayPal email). You pick your preferred method on your affiliate profile; the brand selects which rails their program supports.
Do I need to file taxes?
You are responsible for reporting affiliate income in your jurisdiction. US affiliates submit a W-9; when a brand pays you more than the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year ($600 for 2025 payments, $2,000 from 2026), that brand issues you a 1099-NEC, which LinkQuill generates for them. Affiliates outside the US submit a W-8BEN instead. Your earnings and payout history are always available in your dashboard.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Most brands default to $25, but the threshold is set per program. If you have not hit the threshold by the brand’s payout cycle, your balance rolls forward to the next cycle.
Can I promote multiple programs?
Yes. Apply to as many programs as you want. Each application is reviewed individually by the brand. Your dashboard rolls every program into one earnings view.
What about fraud or refunds?
Refunded sales claw back the commission automatically. LinkQuill runs fraud detection on every conversion — click velocity, bot signals, geo mismatches — and holds suspicious conversions as pending until a human reviews. Sales that are not held are approved after the brand's waiting period.
