Simple, transparent pricing

We never drop your data. When you approach your cap, we send you a friendly email reminder. If you exceed it, everything keeps working — clicks, conversions, and payouts continue as normal. You get a 20% grace buffer for free (e.g. $30K on the $25K Starter plan). Past that buffer, a small per-$1K overage fee applies, invoiced monthly. If you significantly exceed your cap, new program creation and affiliate approvals are paused, but all existing tracking continues uninterrupted.

Overage only applies to Starter ($5/1K) and Growth ($3/1K) plans, and only kicks in past the 20% grace buffer. For example, a Starter brand tracking $35K in a month gets $5K free grace (up to $30K), then pays 5 x $5 = $25 for the remaining $5K. Partial $1K blocks round up. Overage is invoiced at the start of the following month. Free and Pro plans have no overage fees.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing dashboard. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

On the Free plan, LinkQuill takes a 5% share of the affiliate commissions you pay out. For example, if you pay an affiliate $100 in commissions, LinkQuill invoices you $5. This is automatically calculated and invoiced monthly via Stripe. Upgrading to any paid plan removes the rev share entirely.

No. You can sign up and start using LinkQuill for free without entering any payment information. A credit card is only required when you upgrade to a paid plan or when your first rev share invoice is generated.

It depends on the rail. On Stripe Connect, every payout invoice shows three itemized lines: the affiliate commission, a processing fee (3.5% + $0.30 on card or 0.8% + $0.25 capped at $5.25 on ACH — covers Stripe's actual cost), and a $2.50 LinkQuill payout fee (covers Stripe Connect's active-account cost + our orchestration). On PayPal Business, LinkQuill charges nothing — you connect your own account via OAuth and pay affiliates directly from your balance. Your PayPal account pays its own fees. We literally never touch the money on that rail.

Because we built the harder version: you connect your own PayPal Business account via OAuth, and LinkQuill orchestrates the payout call to PayPal on your behalf using your token. The money never lands in a LinkQuill account. That means (a) we have no marginal cost to pass on, (b) you stay in control of your funds, and (c) we stay out of money-transmitter territory. Other platforms hold your money in transit and bake a fee in — we don't need to.

Two rails: Stripe Connect (bank account or debit card via Stripe in 45+ countries) and PayPal Business (affiliate gets paid via email to their PayPal). Brands pick the default in Settings; each affiliate can also override their preferred method on their profile.
