SaaS affiliate tracking
The FirstPromoter alternative
FirstPromoter is well-suited for early-stage SaaS, but charges add-on fees for tax-form collection and 1099 filing, caps tracked revenue at $5K/mo on the cheapest plan, and has no public discovery marketplace. LinkQuill offers a higher revenue cap ($25K vs $5K) at a lower price and bundles tax + payouts.
Why brands switch:
5x higher revenue cap, lower entry price, free 1099 generation included.

"But FirstPromoterhas..."
FirstPromoter has direct integrations with Paddle and Chargebee — does LinkQuill?
Chargebee yes (via webhooks). Paddle is on the V5 roadmap and shipping in Q3 2026. In the meantime, our universal webhook + REST API covers any subscription billing platform.
Their automatic affiliate-recruiting feature is unique to them.
Our discovery marketplace is the same idea, structured differently — affiliates discover programs via the public marketplace and apply, instead of being auto-enrolled. We think opt-in produces better-performing affiliates.
